Avrupa Parlamentosu seçim yasasının 2014 değişikliğinden bu yana, Nüfus Sicili'nde hükümetin fiilî denetimi dışındaki bölgelerde oturduğu kayıtlı Cumhuriyet vatandaşları, Cumhuriyet kimlik kartı taşıyorlarsa Avrupa seçimleri için özel bir seçmen listesine otomatik yazılabilir. 2024 seçiminde Seçim Dairesi'ne göre bu yolla 103.269 kişi kaydedildi. Kayıt otomatiktir; SWP, o kayıtta ikamet koşullarının kontrol edilmediğini bildirir. 2019'da kayıt sorunları yüzünden oy kullanamayan yaklaşık 1.000 ek seçmen olduğu bildirildi. Aynı vatandaşların Meclis seçimleri için denk bir listesi yoktur.12345
