The Commission's 2025 annual report records 142 scholarships awarded in the 2024/25 academic year and 2,418 awards since 2007, but it does not publish return rates, employment outcomes, or whether alumni's EU degrees are later recognised by the Republic. The outcome dimension is therefore documented as a monitoring gap, not as an absence of the programme.123
