In the 2024 European Parliament election, three of the twelve competing lists carried a Turkish Cypriot candidate — AKEL, Volt, and the Ecologists. These names are reported by the press and independently matched by SWP. In 2019 the AKEL list also carried a Turkish Cypriot candidate. No record was located for earlier years.12
