Individual data points exist, but no full series. In 2006 the state reported one Turkish Cypriot candidate and 270 Turkish Cypriot voters to the Council of Europe. In 2024 three Turkish Cypriots stood as European Parliament candidates. In 2026 one Turkish Cypriot stood for parliament and, per the official results roster, was not elected. Press coverage called the 2026 bid the first Turkish Cypriot parliamentary candidacy since 1963, which conflicts with the 2006 record; both accounts are carried here. Municipal, community and presidential participation remain undocumented.12345
